Channel Marketing and Event Manager (m/f)


Location: Vienna, Austria  


Essential Functions:


  • Work with the central channel team to contribute to the EMEA channel partner plan development

  • Develop, drive and implement marketing activities for selected groups of channel partners in strong collaboration with the sales organization

  • Develop marketing plan for specific channels and support the growth targets with aligned marketing campaigns

  • Analyze product and channel insights to support driving market share

  • Close collaboration with Austrian segment manager to align the partner program activities with the segment strategy and to prioritize necessary action plan

  • Implement partner program and overlook all necessary steps and drive follow up activities

  • Oversee day to day channel operations and adapt to upcoming local priorities which impact channel marketing

  • Work closely with central teams to implement adequate success measurements for partner activities

  • Support brand development activities

  • Event Management: work closely with marketing manager, segment leaders and sales to plan, organize and manage all customers facing events (trade shows, mobile tech days, customers factory visits, Electrical Wholesaler events)




  • Education in marketing /economics/business management and at least 5 years of experience

  • Strong campaignand channel management experience across multiple territories

  • Strong experience in partner program management, digital marketing, lead generation and ROI responsibility highly desired

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic matrix environment

  • Proven track record in creative project planning, project management and working under deadlines

  • Initiative, organizational skills

  • Good knowledge in event management (trade shows, roadshows, industrial fairs)

  • Experience of working in B2B marketing and business development

  • Creative approach to problem solving and solution-oriented attitude

  • Good analytical and reporting skills

  • Superior communications skills (oral and written)

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Hands-on mentality
