Job Description

 

Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration,organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.

Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs. The position drives continuous improvement in human resources while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous

Improvement Framework (CIF).

 

A. Drive strategy to take to the next level in the HR arena in partnering with the HR manager.

B. Expert in Staffing, Labor law and labor relations, and benefit and compensations.

C. Expert at dealing with multi HR functions, (perhaps dealing as oversight for Staffing and labor relations)

D. Employee Vendor service management such as cafeteria/transportation.

E. Synchronized Committee management for Tijuana ( all 7 committees)

F. Execute business changes with little or hesitation.

G. High ethical standards.

H. Critical thinking.

I. Fits Eaton leadership style.

J. Results driven.

K. Articulate based on overall picture.



Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
  •  Five to Seven Years or more years of experience in Human Resources Administration.
  •  Bilingual English/ Spanish 70% to 80%.
  •  Good communication skills.
  •  Computer Skills proficient in Microsoft.
  •  Team work oriented.
  •  Strong leadership skills.
  •  Detail Oriented.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial relation or industrial psychology.
  •  Master’s degree.
  •
