Responsible for actively participating in all Continuous Improvement activities in the area of responsibility effectively utilizing EBS processes and tools, such as ELSS, CIF, PRO-Launch, EQS and others as applicable.
Monitor daily downtime of the assigned equipment due to implement permanent corrective actions.
Drive his actions following the internal and Corporative Safety requirements such as LOTO (Lock Out & Tag Out) application.
Recommend and implement Cost Out projects through the use of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Attend and complete mandatory scheduled trainings as part of their Personal Development Plan to improve the performance of the position.
Maintain updated on a daily basis the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
Monitor activities documented in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) & EHS reports, Safety findings in order to avoid risk and eliminate unsafe conditions in the production floor.
Apply the principles and methodologies of EHS to prevent accidents.
Maintain proper communication according to the Ethics and Eaton Values of Eaton with different departments and follow the Escalation Plan for problems. Promotes and applies continuous improvement.
Develop Corrective & Preventive Maintenance to production and ES laboratory equipment.Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Technical career in Electromechanical, Electronic or related.
1 year experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician.
Knowledge in Error Proofing devices such as sensors and fiber optic. Knowledge in Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electricity.
Experience in Ultrasonic Welding process for plastic parts and Leak & Flow test knowledge.
