Job Description
Eaton’s B-Line Division is currently seeking a  Logistics Administrator. The Logistics Administrator will be based out of our Highland, IL facility.
Essential Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate inbound, outbound and 3rd party routing for selected plant(s)
  • Pre-call customer contacts to confirm delivery requirements
  • Track/Trace status of time sensitive jobsite deliveries from multiple origin shipping sites
  • Provide updates to field service technicians on delivery schedules, minimize deviations to the schedule and intervene to modify arrangements as necessary
  • Resolve outstanding freight invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to carriers
  • Use knowledge of the business and transportation industry to create unique customer focused solutions
  • Resolve claims through 3rd party provider
  • Provide rotational support during weekends and evenings

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Basic Qualifications :
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience in support of transportation activities
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • No relocation is being provided. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of the Highland, IL facility.
