Make advanced application of technical accounting practices and concepts representing an expanding knowledge of accounting principles. Assignments are designed to expand practical experience and to develop professional judgment in the application of basic accounting techniques to control and improve fixed assets processes, manufacturing expense control and inventory control.
Control of capital acquisitions (Capex) and fixed assets (FA), execute activities related to capitalize and decapitalize fixed assets.
Observe and implement Internal Controls in plant, develop and keep internal procedures aligned to Corporate and Divisional policies.
Complete Divisional and Corporate reports on time basis
Prepare journal entries and execute month end activities
Activities related to inventory control and analysis, and physical inventory
Validate cost out
Prepare financial analysis, including analysis of main variances to forecast, profit plan, last year and standards
Support activities related to flex productivity
Coordinate financial budgets, forecasts and Profit Plan activities
Complete intercompany activities
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Complete assigned EHS actions items Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Bachelor degree in accounting or related financial field
3-5 years of experience in financial departments
Working knowledge of accounting and finance.
Proficient in MS Office toolset
High computer skills and communication abilities.
