Job Description
Manages the organizations training by conducting needs assessments, developing appropriate programs including the preparation of aids/materials, and conducting a variety of training programs. May contract with outside vendors in the development and conduct of training programs. Coordinates employee participation in outside vendor training.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, industrial engineer
Advanced English
Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, training, organizational development, organizational communication, life and career plans. Extensive experience in labor relations, internal communication (leaflets, magazines), procedures before the STPS, human resources planning.
