Designed to prepare you for technical and/or leadership roles in the operations of our business groups, this program offers you the chance to work in our Operations function in an entry-level position.
As a part of the program you will self-select a region within the contiguous United States that you wish to live and work in and we will provide you with a list of possible roles within those regions. As a newly hired employee in the Operations Leadership Development Program (Non-Rotational), you will receive a comprehensive hiring package including but not limited to competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and access to all Eaton benefits effective your first day of employment.
Immediate opportunities within Eaton could include roles such as: OPEX/Lean Engineer, Front Line Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Planner, Buyer, and EHS Analyst, among others.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial & systems engineering, operations/operations management, agricultural engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, engineering technology, aerospace/aeronautical engineering, and supply chain management from an accredited institution required
Minimum of one internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting
Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis, without Company visa sponsorship
Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
2-3 prior internship or co-op experiences in a manufacturing setting
Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community
Ability to speak (or learn to speak) a second language
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
