Job Description
Applies industry and systems knowledge to assist customer in resolving systems issues. Manage all Sales Activities to ensure sales are achieved against budgeted revenue targets.
  • Achieve profit plan (budget) through orders, sales, price, profitability and growth.
  • Prepare monthly contract reviews and providing monthly Revenue and Orders forecast.
  • Responsible with decision making for commercial and financial issues. Participate in the development of efficiency improvement programs.
  • Accounts Relationship Management –Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with our customer base, being the conduit of information, including product updates, price movements, and technical updates and required reporting.
  • Review specifications and prepare quotations for new and existing projects when required.
  • Prepare quotations for customers current and new when required.
  • Determine project equipment requirements and order equipment to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Responsible for review of subcontractor labour estimates to ensure that we have competitive pricing. Negotiate subcontractor pricing where necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining a list of sub-contractors available for use by the group. This includes identifying new sub-contractors.
  • Duties will vary from time to time dependent on the work at hand and may involve doing other tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Have a sound knowledge of the main products that we currently install.
  • When required train other members of the team in any new products that have been installed so that we can meet the needs of the customers in the future.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of the performance of team to ensure efficient use of their time and their performance. This will require liaising with peers and National Manager to priorities the work to be performed.
  • Support the team members development in technical skills
  • Oversee and supervise  the operations of new projects including staffing and equipment requirements
  • Review the performance of these areas of responsibility
  • Ensure that all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, legal requirements and  ethical standards
  • Report to Head of Services any issues and results

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
  • Tertiary Qualifications or relevant industry experience  with 5 plus years of related Project, Sales  and Technical experience with access control and CCTV products
  • Proficient in MS Office PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Prior experience in Integrated Security Systems
  • Diploma level in Management
  • Proven Business acumen and understand the financials
