This opening is in our Automotive Division in Roxboro, NC. Roxboro is located just 30 minutes outside the Raleigh-Durham area.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support to operators, supervisors and managers as required

• Drive continuous improvement utilizing lean tools

• Ensure accurate documentation for processes

• Ensure quality standards

• Design/implement product or process changes as required

• Identify new equipment as need

• Drive cost reduction efforts and productivity improvements

• Participate in various cross-functional teams relative to product development or process improvement

• Provide training for operators on process changes

• Assist Product Line Manager with project selection and process evaluations Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology

• Minimum one year of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship


Preferred Criteria:

• Experience in design and development of highly automated product lines.

• Experience with using CAD systems (PRO-E, AutoCAD, etc.)
